Maintenance

Regular maintenance keeps your system efficient, catches small problems before they become breakdowns, and keeps your manufacturer warranty valid. It is the cheapest comfort you can buy.

Why it matters

Why maintenance matters

  • It keeps your system efficient and lowers running costs
  • It catches small issues before they become repairs
  • Most warranties require regular maintenance
  • It extends the life of your equipment

Check your warranty papers: many equipment makers ask for yearly professional maintenance to keep the warranty valid. We leave a written record of every visit.

Questions

Maintenance: what people ask

How often should I service my system?

Once a year at least, and ideally twice: cooling in the spring and heating in the fall. Regular service keeps efficiency up and surprises down.

Does maintenance really save money?

Yes. A tuned system uses less energy and lasts longer, and catching a small problem early is far cheaper than an emergency repair.

What if you find a problem during the tune-up?

We show you what we found and give you a flat price to fix it. Nothing extra happens without your yes.
